The short answer is - maybe. To properly answer that question I would need some information from you. As a rule, if you have a business, having a professionally designed web site is a good idea. Think of your site as, at the very least, a calling card and brochure. Unlike the traditional printed version, your site's content can change as often as you like. In addition, more and more businesses are selling online and yours could be one of them.

Certainly you can. The real questions are - should you, and would you want to - do this yourself? A good designer has the skills, tools and experience which he or she can bring to your project, be it a web site, business card, letterhead, posters, etc. A professional also knows how to avoid mistakes. With Proud Productions, your project will be done, to your satisfaction, quickly and at a reasonable cost. If you choose to do it yourself you may end up spending far more time (which is the same as money) getting it done and you may be less than happy with the results.

Jobs can be quoted in a number of ways. If you have a very good idea of your needs we might be able, if you wish, to give you a quote on the entire job. If you are, or will become, a regular customer, some jobs can be done at a fixed rate. An example of this is updating the "NEWS" section of a website - something that would be done regularly. Generally, however, we charge an hourly fee ($40) for our services.

This depends on your definition of expensive. Proud Productions charges a very reasonable hourly rate (see previous answer) for its services. We encourage you to look around and compare our quality of service and rates to those of other designers. We are confident that you will choose our graphics house for your design needs. A job well done is money well spent. Conversely, a poor end product, regardless of price, might be costly indeed in the long run if it fails to achieve the desired results or, worse yet, if clients are turned away by it.
